Watch the workshop, apply what Lauren teaches, and if you don't feel genuinely more prepared and confident going into your next trial, tournament or big game, email us and you'll get your money back. Simple as that.

How to ask

Email support@hockeyperformanceacademy.com from the address you bought with and say you want a refund. There is no form to fill in.

How long it takes

We start the refund within two working days. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten days after that.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and we would rather sort it out with you.
